Purchases of knitting patterns are non-refundable.
Purchases of wool or knitwear are only refundable if there is a fault with the item(s). Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) and inform me that you wish to return it/them. You then have 14 days in which to return the item(s) to me. It is recommended that items are sent using a trackable delivery method - I shall not be liable for refunds of any items that do not reach me. Returns will be sent at the customer's expense and, on receipt and verification of the fault, postage costs will be refunded and either a refund or replacement (where possible) issued.
