Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be sent using Royal Mail.
All orders will be sent using a trackable service with the appropriate level of compensation cover for the contents.
Postage costs are calculated based on the weight and value of the contents.
For U.K. orders, these will be posted via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service.
For most European and International orders, these will be sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service (destination permitting). This offers a fully trackable service for your order, requires a signature on delivery and provides compensation for the full amount of your order, should it go missing in transit.

Orders with a shipping address of Australia or Canada will be sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked service, as a tracked AND signed for service is not available to these destinations.

VAT is NOT included in my prices.
Please note that since the U.K. left the European Union, orders being sent outside of the U.K. may be subject to additional local charges by the postal delivery service or the customs department of the destination country. These charges are outside of my control and are the responsibility of the buyer - they are NOT included in the cost of the order you place with Bee Croft.

The Post Office here in Fair Isle is only open 3 mornings a week, but I aim to post orders on Mondays and Fridays. Due to the geographical location of Fair Isle, mail gets sent out with either the plane or boat, both of which can be frequently delayed by adverse weather and/or sea conditions. As such, please be aware that I cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
